Beloved Concordia Family,
I’m happy to report that in-person worship attendance is growing each week. Thanks to our wonderful staff and their hard work, along with the cooperation of our beloved members and guests, everyone is safe and well. This Sunday, August 9, we will celebrate God's grace with an in-person worship service at 9:30 AM. Everyone who plans to attend this service must register in advance. You can register here. When you register, you will receive a confirmation of your registration from Concordia. If you need to cancel your registration, please send a note to
Please wear a mask when entering, exiting, and moving around the sanctuary. I also request that you wear your mask if you decide to sing. Wearing masks is a great way for us to protect one another and I deeply appreciate your help and support in this important safety measure.
Our goal is to love and care for those most at risk from COVID-19. If you fall into the "high-risk" category for COVID-19, please stay home and worship with us online. And, of course, if you are not feeling well, please worship online and do NOT come to campus.
Online worship this weekend: Our online worship services can be found on Concordia's Facebook page and our website at The regular streaming times are Saturday at 6 PM, Sunday at 8, 9:30 and 11 AM, and 5 PM on Sunday. The great news is that you can access these services any time after 6 PM on Saturday. That means you can worship whenever it is best for you. By the way, the Sunday at 8 AM service is our most traditional service from a musical standpoint. The rest of the services are "blended" in terms of musical style.
YOUTUBE: Did you know that you can stream our weekend services on YouTube? All you need to do is go to and search "Concordia San Antonio." You will see our Concordia channel and have access to our worship services and much more. I would encourage you to subscribe, so you're notified anytime we go live!
If you are in a place where the other streaming services don't work well, YouTube may be a great option. One other thing, both the Traditional (8 AM) and Blended Services are posted on Saturday afternoon so you can schedule your worship time when it works best for you.
If the Concordia web page is offline: If you ever go to or and discover that our webpage is offline (which has happened a few times recently), always know that you can go to, and it will take you to our streaming site for worship, Isolation Bible Study, and much more.
Today is one day closer to the end of this crazy season! I love you, and I miss you!
