Fall 2018 Marriage Study

We hope you will plan to be part of a Fall 2018 Marriage small group where the study will be "I Love You More: How Everyday Problems Can Strengthen Your Marriage."

This 6 week study was written by Drs. Les and Leslie Parrott.  The goal is to show you how the same forces that can chip away at a marriage can become the catalyst for new relational depth and richness—provided you make wise choices. This video-based study is available on the Study Gateway site.

Couples who are already in a marriage small group will start this study on their regular meeting day.  Couples who are in marriage small groups that meet at Concordia on Sundays at 9:30am will begin on September 16th in the G Building.

Schedule for Sundays at 9:30am

The Marriage Project FAQ:

WHO can participate?
ALL married couples (members and non-members)

WHY should you participate?
No matter how long (or short) you have been married, you will receive tools and information to help make your marriage better.

WHERE will the materials come from?
Concordia has established a relationship with Study Gateway as the platform for the video teaching you will use. Each couple in the group will receive an invitation to join Study Gateway (free of charge). You’ll be amazed at how many different studies are available!

WHAT will be happening?
At the heart of this new ministry is for groups of people to all be working together to learn, grow and strengthen their marriages.

Each group decides what day and time works best for them.

HOW long will each meeting be?
Most groups will meet for 1 to 1 ½ hours each week.

Most groups meet at the group leaders’ or members' home, and some groups meet on Sundays at Concordia.
